Your duty of confidentiality does not transfer to a vendor, so the sensible thing is not to be careful, it is to make carelessness impossible.

Who is accountable for the output?
You are, as you always were. What we do is split the checking honestly: whatever a rule can decide, a rule decides every time, and whatever it cannot goes to a licensed professional who signs a specific version of the document. Anyone telling you they automated that line away is selling you something.
Do I have to use your AI?
No. Bring the Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Grok subscription you already pay for, or use the built-in agent. They all reach the same endpoint, so changing your mind later moves nothing.
