Kan ik wisselen tussen factureringscycli?

Ja, u kunt op elk moment wisselen tussen maandelijkse en jaarlijkse facturering. Jaarplannen bieden 20% korting ten opzichte van maandelijkse facturering.

What does a plan actually cover?

The amounts on each card: documents anonymised and documents produced reset at the start of each month; ontology entities, knowledge pages, PII data parties, staff and client guests are totals. Settings → Billing shows where you stand on each. If a monthly amount runs out, the work waits for the reset or you move up a plan. Nothing is billed as an overage.

Hoe begin ik met Enterprise?

Kan ik mijn abonnement op elk moment opzeggen?

Abonnementen hebben een verplichting van 12 maanden, of u nu maandelijks of jaarlijks betaalt. U kunt de automatische verlenging op elk moment opzeggen via Instellingen → Facturatie. Zegt u op in de laatste 30 dagen van uw verplichting, dan eindigt de toegang op de einddatum van de verplichting. Zegt u eerder op, dan wordt het abonnement nog eenmaal verlengd en eindigt het 12 maanden later.
