청구 주기를 변경할 수 있나요?

네, 언제든지 월간과 연간 청구 사이를 전환할 수 있습니다. 연간 요금제는 월간 청구 대비 20% 할인을 제공합니다.

What does a plan actually cover?

The amounts on each card: documents anonymised and documents produced reset at the start of each month; ontology entities, knowledge pages, PII data parties, staff and client guests are totals. Settings → Billing shows where you stand on each. If a monthly amount runs out, the work waits for the reset or you move up a plan. Nothing is billed as an overage.

언제든지 구독을 취소할 수 있나요?

구독은 월간 또는 연간 결제 여부와 관계없이 12개월 약정입니다. 자동 갱신은 설정 → 결제에서 언제든지 취소할 수 있습니다. 약정 종료 전 마지막 30일 이내에 취소하면 약정 종료일에 액세스가 종료됩니다. 그 이전에 취소하면 구독이 한 번 더 갱신된 후 12개월 후에 종료됩니다.
