What the price covers, and what it does not.

### Can I switch between billing cycles?

Yes, you can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time. Yearly plans offer a 20% discount compared to monthly billing.

### What does a plan actually cover?

The amounts on each card: documents anonymised and documents produced reset at the start of each month; ontology entities, knowledge pages, PII data parties, staff and client guests are totals. Settings → Billing shows where you stand on each. If a monthly amount runs out, the work waits for the reset or you move up a plan. Nothing is billed as an overage.

### How do I get started with Enterprise?

Contact our sales team to discuss your specific requirements. We'll work with you to create a custom solution that fits your organization's needs and budget.

### Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Subscriptions have a 12-month commitment, whether billed monthly or yearly. You can cancel auto-renewal anytime in Settings → Billing. Cancel within the final 30 days of your commitment and access ends on the commitment date. Cancel earlier and the subscription renews once more, ending 12 months later.
